credit card pay the first months fee, and then load your listing(s). You might want to take some digital
photographs first to make your ad more attractive to prospects, but you can add photos and edit your ad
at any time which will appear on NetRent.com as soon as you submit.
How can I tell if searchers are looking at my listed rental on NetRent.com?
Simply log in to your account at any time and go to your dashboard. There is a hit counter on the screen.
You can also run a printable report to get hit counts for each day you have had the property on
NetRent.com. The dashboard also counts how many times a searcher has requested your phone contact
information and how many times a searcher has sent you an email from NetRent.com. Real time data that
helps you determine if your ad is getting hits and follow up activity.
What should I do if my property is getting hits but it is still not getting appointment requests and is
still not rented?
NetRent.com does not rent your property. It exposes your property to searchers. You can use our site to
compare prices of similar rentals so that you price your property at the right level. You must also get
your property in its’ best possible condition and put pictures in your listings to help convey the look of
your rental to each searcher. An overpriced property may never rent no matter how effective your
marketing campaign is.

A single ad costs $29.00 for a 30 day listing. We also have pricing plans available for those landlords
and property managers that have multiple ongoing vacancies.
I am a professional property manager. How can I list all my properties?
When you sign up for one of our multiple ad plans, you can list and manage all of your vacancies. The
site will maintain your rented units in the database so that you can retrieve them when that property
comes vacant again. The site will allow you to organize your vacancies by portfolio and you can have
multiple log in accounts giving you complete security. Using our exclusive portfolio management system
will allow your portfolio managers to track their properties in transition while having a single database
for the searching public.
I am a professional property manager. Do you have a way to host my listings on my website as well
as on NetRent.com?
Yes, NetRent.com can be your websites database so that you only have to enter your listings once to cover
your website, NetRent.com, and all the sites we submit to. This is perfect for the efficient property
manager.
I am a professional property manager. Does NetRent.com have any reports available for me to help
manage and market my vacancies?
Yes. NetRent.com has a Vacancy Report (two kinds and more coming), a Transition Report (to track
properties that are vacant, on notice, hold, and evictions. We also have a Hit Report that can be given to
clients to show them hit activity over periods of time. A great tool to convince an owner that hits are
coming, but the price must be lowered!
